Expected vs Actual

Purpose:

LightLevel gives production indices at both the organization level and the site level. A production index indicates the ratio of expected to actual production. For example, a production index of 1 would indicate that the actual production is equal to the expected production and a production index of 1.5 would indicate that the system generated 150% of the expected production. 


Overview:

At the organization level and individual site level, production indices for each site are displayed on the dashboard in the performance table, and expected vs. actual production is graphed in a chart below the performance chart.


For the production indices to display data and plot the expected vs. actual bar chart, energy expectations must be uploaded for each site. To upload energy expectations, navigate: portfolio > organization > site > configuration tab > scroll to the Energy Expectations tab. Enter expectations for each month of the year (in kWh) as seen below:
